Hot restarts cars is so rich it wont idle or accel. Help?

I can start my car and drive it forever and it runs fine. However when it is fully warmed up and i shut it off then restart the engine the cars runs REALLY rich. So rich that it wont idle (it will die) and if im just cruising and give it ANY throttle the car bogs out. It has done this every time except one time when it was acting up the car idled at around 2000 rpm.

Leaky injector?
Bad AFM?

I need help ASAP.
