My horn stoped working, it was working on and off before, ground issue? I hear the relay click but thats all I hear...

probably...check the grounds and connectors. maybe fuse?

If it was a fuse he wouldn't here anything...., I do agree with johnathan1 on checking the connections. The first place I would check would be the ground wire.

I 3rd the connection. The same thing happened on my buddy's Celica and all it needed was a wire jiggle.
