Hey all!
No i become member in here so i can show you what i am building!

First off all...my english aint that good ...so have patience :)!

My car is an Toyota Celica Supra from 1984!
I have totally restaureted an 5mge with a 7mgte crank/rods!
Then it is identical with the 6mge!

Here is the setup as it is know!

285 degrees cams 1.3mm higher lift! (reground stock)!
Cam houses shortened 1.3mm in heights!
Aem adjustable camgears!
Ported and polished top and valves!
7mgte Crank and rods (increase the volume from 2.8 to 3.0 in a std 5m block!
I hav calculated that the compression is raised to about 10.1:1!
Crank, Flywheel, Pulley, Clutch, are 100% balanced to 10000 rpm +!
Complete engine gaskets set, new rings, new main and rod bearings....all is new in the engine!
Special ignition wire( cant remember the name)!
Electromotive Tec 3r Engine managment system including new sensors. Tps, mat, map, ego...etc!!
Homemade Throttlebodies wit 12 295(7mge) injectors!
Std tb size is 60mm.....Now it has 6x50mm intake!
Pacesetter manifold...and 2½" pipe the rest off the way!
Servo sterring is removed......aircon is removed....the engine only have to pull the generator and the water pump! :)

Only to seats in the car and a dashboard...that is all there is left !!

Here is some pic of my little project!

......to be continued

It have taken me 1 year to build the itb setup.....Started with the 6 injectors mounted out before the trumpet...but after a little fire i decided to mount 6 more on the "right"side!
The plan is to use the six injectors mounted close to the top in idle and low rpm...and then the 6 in the trumpet should be activated in high rpm!
A kind of staged injection!

All of it is handmade....and made by me and my daddy! He helped me with the project in the beginning...and now i am building the rest of it! :)

There is a little video of the first startup....but the engine aint running good at it because it aint adjusted yet!

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/itb/0/44b8df73-da2a-4614-933e-8cd55a05aa7e.htm

New video with dyno will soon come when the engine is ready to it! :)

No problem to ask off the price :)!
I have only spend the money on the materials........and then alot of hours!
I am planning to build ITB for the celica supra and sell them!
i just want to have a fully functionlly proto type!

My next project is in the garage and waiting for mee....7mgte block(bored to 85mm)....5mge(2.8l) crank! Then mounted with a 7mgte head with ITB from an BMW M3 3.2(321hp)!
Then bore/stroke is 85mm...aka a screamer engine....i an trying to see how much N/A power i can make on these toyota engines!
Here is a pic of the ITB from the BMW!

It was originally my ide to mount them on my 6mge...but because the intake on the 5mge is a circle form and the intake form at the bmw ITB is ovale, and the distance between the intakes aint the same , i decided to build my own itb!
So now i just have this bmw set ready to my 24v head :)

It is designed for the 5m head ....aint the same intake and so on!

But in very short time i begin to build a 7m head with the bmw itb!
Just have to finish this project first! :)
Have to go again....i am bussy with building !
