Hks Tem Controller

I have a quick question. I just purchased a used tems controller and it seems I'm might be missing a part or maybe not. Is the controller suppose to snap into place replacing the stock controller or is there some retrofitting that is required. The Hks controller I have is smaller than the whole provided. Looking at some pics I have seen of other cars it looks like a clean replacement but I'm not to sure. Please help.

There were HKS TEMS controllers for other cars, you may have gotten one not meant for the Supra.

I purchased it from someone here on this forum so I'm assuming it for our cars. but you know what you do when you assume. Man I hope thats not the case.

Yes, there were various sizes. There were TEMS controllers for our cars that fit in the stock location. Then there were smaller ones. Both of them work in our Supra’s but one of them is smaller and needs a custom mount.
