HKS SSQ adjustment help

Just got a HKS SSQ and directions are in Japanese. Looked at HKSUSA, but was no help. Need to adjust bolt on the top, but would like to know which way to turn it and how much.

Clockwise tightens it up to raise the psi it holds.
