Hey Just picked up a used HKS intercooler, I've done a search and got a bit info on the install. But does anyone have a better idea of routing the hard pipes? And I'm curious how many pipes came with the original kit.

Thanks Quenton

thanks for all the links, but in a few of the links there are 5 pipes which I have. And in others there are 6 pipes... How many pipes do you have???

I got this kit from a local, for $200

Right now, I'm stuck in a hard place... go with further upgrades of the 88 Supra or sell and get my hands on 03 M3 or 04 S4. I've just had too many issues with forced induction. The car can't pass emissions (need a new high flow cat) so it's garaged right now while I make my decision.

Id love a clean m or s4. However, to make those as fun and reliable as a decent mk3 will cost much more $$$$$

Is Canada more strict than US about emissions??Always thought US was more strict about it.

I live in Vancouver BC, they have some pretty strict emissions, and super high taxes on gas. 91 Octane in Vancouver $1.40 per litre... 30 minutes away in point roberts $1.10 per litre. When the exchange rate is favourable for us canadians you can save 30-40% on gas.

I am sure overall the cost would be less for a decent MK3 vs an S4 and M3 purchase. My dilemma is I purchased MK3 for $2700,And have laundry list of repairs
power steering leak $300
new ball joints and tie rod (diy) cheap
rewire standalone, new fuel pump, dyno-tune $1200,
Following needs to be completed
Random Oil leak, Need a new turbo $$$
Need a newHigh flow cat, emissions then test pipe bump up the boost then tune probably $800
New paint Job and New clutch/flywheel $3000

After that what is to say my head gasket doesn't kick the bucket.

I like the S4 also. Twin turbo V6 or the 4.2V8, either way. The problem is, I can jam far more stuff in my Yukon.

I am leaning towards M3, i have experience with e46's and it seems to be the better track car. I was just in Vegas and went to http://www.exoticsracing.com/ raced a 458 Italia and Porsche Turbo PDK on a road track, it put a huge grin on my face. Now I have the track bug.
