hks fcon (old skool)

im not up to the play on all of hks's stuff but.........

i'm getting an fcon... and i'm gonna drop the 550cc chip in it... can i use the chip specified for the 89-92 or is that grey plug only
mine is 86-88 ecu + harness and i just wanna make sure that the 89-92 550cc chip will still work
