KS, Japan's premier performance products manufacturer, campaigned a drag racing version of Toyota's MKIII Supra in the early 1990's. The car featured a composite body over a Pro-Chassis RWD chassis, powered by an HKS tuned 7MGTE turbocharged and intercooled straight six. Producing around 800hp, the Supra posted high-seven-second 1/4-mile passes in Japan, and even visited the US for some demo runs and car shows.
