Well i entered the car, got shitfaced, walked around and had some fun for 8 hours. the level of compitition these days is just stupid. unless u throw $20K+ at ur car in one year ur not gonna take home shit! as u can see below money is what the judges look for. i got LOTS of love from spectators, spnosors, teams and surrounding shops and extremely surprised how many damn people have MK3's that came up to me..."Ya i got one of these at home... im building it up...".

anyway i didnt take home gold, but our shop took best girl racer and 2nd JDM aftermarket with the Purple Corolla. All in all good showing of cars and i am now deaf!

Man I went to HIN two years ago and it was one of the worst shows I have ever been to. I'll still probably go this year cause all in all it was a good time.

as for the other friend u are talking about that is most likely jon. drives a red mid 2000's mazdaspeed miata. he's the director for the san diego region for HIN or some shit. he was asking me about being one of the judges for a HIN show about a yr or two ago. :biglaugh: one of our other buddies had his car there too that night.
