pretty simple question, whats the highest Horse Power 1JZ-GTE that you know of. Theres a local guy who did 672 @the wheels. I cant remember his torque, but i heard he had stock internals, running a Microtech stand alone

Jawsgear did almost 600 through an auto which would make it higher than 700 in a 5spd. The car you speak of is on nitrous as it did 665 with a 50shot It is on you tube.

There is another video of it making 864 RWHP on youtube, I know happy personally and he assures me IT IS a stock displacement 1JZ motor. From what i know he has been at it with this engine for a LONGGGGGGGGG time. We built the turbo for him, it is a custom built 80mm with a T6 flange turbine.

Happy's 844whp dyno pull was done with a 2.5 liter 1JZ. It was not 3 liters, or a 1.5jz.

i for one, hated torque. LOLjk

got stuck with a 7m-ge and decided to go with more power the cheapest way possible (which turns out to be more expensive than a na->t conversion. shit by now, i could have had a 275whp 7m-ge.
