My name is Marcel, and i come from the Netherlands. I am not a Forum Newbie ( Yeah, on this forum i am), but have a long history posting /modding forums.

I'm a truck technician for Volvo. And have a lot of mechanical/electrical knowledge, just no Supra specific knowledge.

My car is a 1991 black Targa. Just in need of some TLC. Bought me another engine ( 7m-gte ) because mine was busted-up. This is my Firts Supra.

My other vehicles are also japanese, i live for japanese cars, because i think they are the most hooligan-proof cars ever made.

For example, my current daily is a 1991 civic 1.5 16v, that has never let me down ( so far ), and it gets the BARE minimum maintenance. A bit oil when he asks for it ( by a blinking red light when going round a corner) and sometimes some new parts when needed ( like the rear muffler when the old one exploded, or a set of brake-linings when i heard it squeek).

I know a supra needs some more maintenance to keep it running, but this will be a hobby for me, so it will get proper maintenance.

Planning to keep the car stock, only some minor changes like usa/jdm spec lights and a better stereo, but engine/transmission/untercarriage will be kept as stock as possible, so no jz engine swaps or bigger turbo/injectors etc.

Thanks, this is the GOOD side however, The driver-side door has some damage, and the front bumper has been replaced by a previous owner. This came off a white car, and has been spray-painted black, but this was poorly done. The paint comes off because it became harder then the bumper, so it ckracks when the bumper moves, and falls-off.

Those parts however i have bought also from an originally black donor, they just need picking-up. For the rest, there are user-marks all over, like the steering wheel, that needs to be replaced, and some upholstery need to be taken care of.

First the engine-swap, and get the car running and through the RDW ( Dutch DMV) for its registration and license plates. ( Car was originally German)
