Hi everyone. 1JZ S14 over here

My name's Kyle and I'm from Ohio. I was sent here on recommendation from a member on another forum.
I'm in the middle of a 1JZ swap into my S14. I had an SR20 but I wanted more and RB's don't entice me much more than SR's do. For now it's stock save for rebuilding the engine, 2JZ cams, and minor bolt ons. I'm hoping for at least 280 to the wheels after it's all buttoned up and and running properly.

GotBoost2JZ has been my username on forums and email for about 8 years now. I use it for every forum I join. It's just something that stuck. Plus, I don't want to change it every time I get a new car or engine. That's silly

And my 1J will def put out more torque than my SR ever would. I very much enjoy the 1J's powerband in an S14. I think the torque curve is pretty nice actually.

Oh really? I thought that site had closed down.. I'll have to jump back on it again. Yes, I got to KilKare but haven't taken the Supra there in a long time.

Yeah OD is still chuggin' along.
Kilkare hasn't had any drift events this year but they will be having the street life tour in Sept still (maybe august I forget).
We've been having events more in Circleville lately. It's a high speed go kart track but it's plenty wide enough for cars and it's pretty long and technical. And no wals
