Hello, with the purchase of a fairly low mileage, 1987 hard top supra , I figured I'd better join a supra club/message board and make some aquinteances.
I'm a Toyota Fanatic, I've owned 6 first gen mr2's and 2 scion tc's, but after buying this supra, I decided to get out of the mr2 scene, though my father in law bitching about me having 5 cars in our drive way at one time did help, I just think that for me this is a much better platform to build off of.
My goal is to upgrade the body, brakes, suspension, while using it as our second car, when the 7mge goes up shit creek I hope to convert to a 2 jz with the 6 speed manual, though the more I read, the more I fear this may be more than my budget, and my,friends,& relatives skilles can handle.
I would love to get to know local people in the western WA area that love cars as much as I do, so if thats you get in touch.
