Hesitation and Stumble during acceleration

I have an 87T My Car shakes and hesitates when im in 1st, 2nd or 3rd and I get on the gas. After those gears it stops. I dont think it a fuel problem but I suspect it's the tps or a vacuum leak. And I seem to only get 4 pounds of boost when I'm driving it hard. I almost lost to a 87 Iroc camaro the other day because of these 2 problems. Please if you guys have any info I would appreciate the help. I also wanted to know how you adjust the tps.

Sounds exactly like a boost leak - check all your intercooler pipes. I had the same problem - a clamp was loose and it actually fell apart when I boosted, so there was no connection to the intercooler.
