Ok here is the problem. My friends swap is 99.9% complete but the ECU is not sending voltage to the EFI main relay, or through the B+ to the check connecter. SO the fump pump well isn't pumping. We checked directly at the ecu and i got only .97-98 volts at both B+(black with red strip) and nothing at the Black with orange strip wire going to efi main relay. So i Jumped to FP on the check connecter to the battery + and bame fuel pump goes on and car started ran fine. So i thinking maybe bad ECU since its not giving any voltage in those wires. Did i miss something?

Also something to make sure is with all of the plugs under the dash and the one under the hood the EA2 plug make sure all of the connection are good ohm them out because I had a bad connection and the same thing happened. So easy with all of the soldering of the wire to screw one up ohm out all of your connections that you spliced. If your ECU was bad then it would either not start or run like crap then die. But open up the ECU and check to make sure there are no caps in there bad they are the little black barrels standing on their end. Enough of those bad could do it to but not likely with the symptoms your giving. Basically to me it sounds like a bad connection on your EA2 plug.

Thanks i'll see if the Ecu is getting power. Dumb question but maybe the ecu is getting no power and by shorting the FP on the check connecter to the Bat + terminal is also supplying voltage to the ecu? Possible? We checked continuty(?) and all wires seem to have connection from the ecu all the way to the relay and check connecter. I'll talk to him about this EA2 plug . Opening the ecu will be the last thing we do.
