HELP

Apparently i have a rod knock and im not sure weather to buy an new car , get new engine or rebuild tis one what would be the cheapest route or if you have any other ideas that can help me out i would really appreciate it. 1989 NA At targa

Rebuild it and you'll have a cool car with a newly rebuilt motor. I had a motor installed in my wifes from American Engines, but if it tears up again, I'm rebuilding it so I can get one of these really cool threads going about my rebuild........................:biglaugh:

Not being a Turbo-guy hipocrite or anything (hehe), but while you're Auto, you should go ahead and get a used and/or rebuilt GTE and party your life away not having to lose boost. Sorry, Got excited.

:NINJA EDIT: Holy Moly. You're from Indiana. Where abouts are you from?
Also, I've just moved so I don't have much of a chance to be of much help, there are acouple places in mind for you to take your car to to be repaired (In Indiana). They are on the forums. PM me if you need some assistance or whatever.
