i have a 89 supra that i picked up a few weeks ago and when i got it everytime id hit the horn my horn wouldnt go off but my headlights would come up so i looked in the fuse box i was missing two fuses one for the horn and the dome lights when i put the fuses in i know longer had the headlight problem but the light inside the car for the time would stay on even after i would turn off the car is that how its suppose be???? i know its a stupid question but if you can help me out id greatly appreciate it

Are you talking about the interior dome light? If so there should be a nob with i believe 3 positions. One is off, one is on when doors are open, and one is always on. Try adjusting that first. If you still have a problem i would say there is a wiring issue.
Hmm isnt it right next to the dome light on the roof? Its been so long since i actually drove my car i forgot. Ok i just ran out to check. My button is right in between the 2 light bulbs by the rearview mirror as that is where my dome light is located since i have a targa top. Yours may be in a different location though.
Hmm i am not sure then as i always left the dome light off. I would go check for you but my battery isn't hooked up. I am sure someone will answer your question. The dome light should fade out once you close the door, it shouldn't stay on unless you have the dome lights turned on.
