help?

ok i just swapped out my interior and went to drive the car today, and it started fine,but when i was driving it kept dying. when i would shift from 1st to 2nd it would die and sometimes while i was driving i would go to give it gas it would just do absolutly nothing. and when i buckle up a dash light comes on for the door ajar thing what the hell. do i have a short or something?:3d_frown:

ok so i tinkered with it a lil more, and figured out why the door light was coming on. fixed that but still when you drive the car it boosts great in first gear but as soon as you hit second and release the clutch, and try to give it more gas it will not respond. no revving no rpms nothing except the boost gauge still shows boost when you push the gas pedal but the car will not move. and you have to start it again. this is aggrevvating me badly someone have any ideas? i checked my ic pipes and all my hoses and vac lines im stumped.

Is it idling ok? Do you see any smoke out the tail pipe at idle, or while accelerating? 7m or 1jz? Did you check for codes?

its idles fine no smoke at all except a little under wot its a 1ggte.no codes at all but you can here this clicking noise some times not like a rod or anything but like an electronic something working. sounds like its near the drivers door.

i checked all the ic pipes and they are all tight

anyone? when you drive the car without giving alot of gas it runs ok but the min. you press down on the damn pedal to go hard it will shut down and do nothing and if you let it coast for a min it will eventually fire again and go on until you hit it hard again.
