help with hose

I have this small (maybe 1/4 inch or less inner diameter) hose that I can't see where it goes. It comes off the bottom of the large rubber connector that connects to the front of the turbo. I guess it brings in the fresh air from the air cleaner. The rubber connector is sort of an s shape and has three large hoses connected to the top of it. Thanks for your help.

that hose that connects to the turbo "mouth" is the accordion hose.That small hose you are referring to is connected to a 90deg elbow underneath the accordion hose and connects to the powersteering underneath next to the crossmember.

If it's an '89+, it's the line that goes to the powersteering pump air control valve. Here's a pic of the pump:
