Help with cracked valve stem on a 2JZ head?

My car's been down for over 2 mths with a cracked head, and this (latest) head that i've acquired turned out to have cracked valve stems (did i get that description correct?)

is there anyway to repair these? i'm desperate to get the car running... any help is appreciated...

Take it to a machine shop and get all new valve guides.

Yeah, that's a valve guide, and yes they can be replaced.
