I need to know how difficult it would be to put a 7mge in an MK2, I have an '85 celica supra, but a '87 motor. Its N/A and i didnt know if i have to change the wiring harness or motormounts. Its not hard, just time consuming and you need to know what you're doing with wiring. Also, don't waste your time with a NA engine - go turbo. Same hastle but lots more fun.
reg reimer has done this but you should go one step more forward why not 1jz for all the work really make it work get 300hp1JZ into that thing instead of the 7mgteBHG & 230-250 out of the bigger size engine. found the link here http://suprasonic.org/sonic/sonic.htm

What you wanna do is get on the SWSupras Yahoo Groups list... Look for Phil D., who recently put a 7MGTE into one of his MKIIs. He's in Ft. Worth and knows every detail... He's an awesome guy... always contributing to the Supra community... He's your best bet.
