Ok so i'v searched around i though i found afew answers on here but then the pics were taken Off so i wasn't able to confirm these two wires. But there Right by the Alternator. Are these suppost to run to the fuse box?

Sorry i Should of specified that its a 1jz out of a Soarer . The supra that its in is a 86.5 witch was a N/A
Been awhile since I've looked at a 1J harness, but think that the crank angle sensor connector is in that area and maybe the progressive power steering connector (right hand drive)... You'd probably need to check the Soarer wiring diagram, or trace/tone them to the connections at the ECU/dash to be sure.
