HELP!!!! Supra wont start

I went on vacation for about two weeks and i came home today. I went to start the supra and now it wont start the car will still crank but it wont start Any suggestions on what might be the problem? BTW its an 88 5-speed turbo if that helps.

check for spark n fuel

A car "not starting" could be over 100 things.

You have to give us clues.

check for codes.
prime the fuel pump and make sure ur getting fuel
check for spark
