Help! Question on exterior piece!!

Fellas, the piece I'm about to show you (look what the red circle has inside), is kinda ugly in my '88 Supra (not this car in the pic). Well, except in my car it's the driver's side piece. I guess they did a bad paint job and the black has bubbles on it and looks very ugly. Is this a piece one can re-paint without much problems? Because a person advised me to just buy that piece...

It's a vent/cover.... Honestly tho, I can't imagine buying another one. Just sand 'em down a bit and repaint with a satin or flat black... I had mine painted with black, when I had my 87T painted. I can't say I cared for them matching the rest of the car, but They're small and plastic... paint them alike and there shouldn't be any issues. Just do a good job, 'cause we'll ag on you if you put some crazy-@$$ color on there or have alot of runs, etc.
