Ok... I've been asking a bunch of questions w/o laying some base information down. My Supra was running for about 2 weeks befor the clutch sc, brake mc, & mhg went. I decided to start this project and leave the car parked. The car has never been dyno'd, never been ran on the 1/4 mile. When i bought it it only had a:

60-2 trim CT26
1.2mm HKS MHG
Custom Upper IC Hard Pipe
Turbo XS BOV
ARP Head Studs
Port & Polished Head
Megan Racing DP
3in piping back to a 2.75in muffler.

No fan shroud, poor timing, poor suspension, brakes, nasty boost leaks, a w58 w/ a slipping clutch under boost, leaky differential, etc. I've cleaned the car up alot (got pictures from when i purchased it to where it is now) and im concerned about my motor. I've been purchasing parts for it and what not, trying to improve on what Toyota bolted onto the 7M. To keep you all informed, my list of mods are as follows:

Remanufactured Brake Calipers (Both Front)
New Clutch MC
Koyo Radiator
NEW EFI Engine Harness (replaced the old, brittle(always causing electrical problems) one)
Replaced CPS
Replaced TPS
Replaced 2way LSD
Fixed Timing
Cooleez Turbo Inlet Pipe (Hard Pipe; Filter to Turbo)
Greddy Oil Catch Can
Lipp High Flow Turbo Elbow
Aeromotive FPR
1pc Aluminum Driveshaft

Im currently waiting on a R154 that a friend of mine has for me. Im doing general maintenance really. As for plans on the motor, i want to eliminate the boost leaks w/ a Cooleez Full IC Piping Kit & HKS Super Sequential topped off by a Spearco Style FMIC. I want to get a Lexus AFM w/ 550cc Injectors, Walbro Fuel Pump, and having a Greddy Emanage Installed & tuned at Titan Motorsports. Im still waiting on a ACT 6 puck cluch, Fidanza Flywheel. I want to heat wrap the turbo, turbo manifold, and the turbo elbow and part of the dp to lower engine temps/ intake temps. Im pretty much concerned on the durability of this setup on stock internals... I was hoping to just have to resurface the head, put new bearings, a Titan Motorsports 1.4mm MHG, new ARP Head Studs, Honing the Intake Manifold, Re-Sealing the motor and just dropping it back in and putting everything together. But now im not sure as to reliability. I can have my wastegate shimmed at 10psi (no boost controller), but on a cold night i might boost 14psi... just want comments/opinions/tips/idea's/sugestions. Thanks

Just remembered the point of this thread wasn't to inform you guys as to what parts i have, but to try to find out an estimated amount of power i should be making when all's done. If i knew how much id be making it would make it easier to know if i need forged internals or anything else to keep the car going instead of breaking all the time (@!#$ Supra's/19 y/o mistreated/undermaintained pos!)
