Help needed

Ok, so i need some help. I dont know how to do what it is that i want to do. My friends did an acoustic version of one of their songs at a local radio station. What I want is to take the audio of the video and make it into a file that I can upload to my ipod, and preferably have it so that anyone can download it of their myspace and do the same. Anyone know if this is even possible???

you can find the video on the page there. And in the blog is a downloadable version of the whole interview, which Im thinking might have better sound quality. Its up to you.

Very simple. what format do you want? WMA Windows Media, MP3, M4A (iPod)

if M4A works for ipod that would be exactly what I want. Thank you very much
