1 and 6 seem to not be running as hot as the others... I would say check your Compresion. What heat range are these NGK's? how old are they? Was there any running problems before taking them out? How hard is your Driving? any oil smoke from your car..... These are all the questions that come to mind when seeing these plugs

I would say if you are running a 6 heat range try a 7 and see what they look like after a few hundred miles.

Just my .02 as I am no plug expert

could the coil pack for 1,6 be weak? it passed all the ohmmeter test in the tsrm.
could the other cylinders be running lean? leak at intake manifold on those cylinders?
I've just thrown a code 71, egr temp. I'll have to do the test to see if my egr valve is functioning properly. I read that A leaky EGR valve can act like a vacuum leak and cause a lean misfire at idle.
they are 'traditional' replacement plugs - BCPR6ES
they have about 1500 miles after a rebuild. i am still taking it back and forth to the shop to hunt down oil usage. I go through a quart to quart and half a week :( Some of the usage is a leak, as there are two spots on the ground in the mornings.
i get black smoke on acceleration, and tail pipe is coated black carbon.
data log shows engine is running lean at idle, ecu is having to add max fuel, VF=5
Driving...hard of course :)
thanks for your input

lean at idle? 02 sensor mabey? Your ECU should be fighting to keep you at 14.7
Get a compresion check done and pay close attention to 1 and 6 if the #'s come out good get your ass in gear and install the following:
have/waiting installation: | lexus afm | 550 injectors | walbro 255 | afpr |
