help...lots of smoke~~

Hello, newbie here. First of all, please bear with my english language but I will try my best to describe my situation here. I need help here. I just bought 4x4 with a 1JZ swapped done. Recently, there are lots of smoke coming out from engine compartment where the turbo sits. As soon as the engine warm up, I can see smoke keep coming out from turbo, seems like burning oil. What caused this situation?
What's next step I should do?

Are the oil seals leaking that feed the turbo? Take off the heat shield off the turbos, and see where it's leaking.

If you need new seals, you can get them close to home. Just fill this out best you can.
