HELP!!idled car for 5min & drove for 5 min & smoking in engine bay

well while driving i smelled something wierd....it smelled like oil/fuel... i think....so when i parked i opened the hood and seemed a lot hotter than usual...and i did not drive the car hard its also been sitting for about 3-4 days not daily driver....so i turned off the car and the car started to smoke up near the heat sheild manifold somewhere down there......engine was a lot hotter than usuall.....especially when only driving it for 5 min...., but my needle on my temp gauge was in the middle.....

whats wrong.....
is it cuz its been sitting......??
u think i just need an oil change......
its been a little more than 6 months but i only put about 400-500 miles on it since last oil change.....and i saw no leak coming ne where.....
ne one know what it could be??

edit i also have a new HG if ne one needs to know....

could be oil seals in the turbo? or mine did the same thing, if i recall, when the back most stud in the exhaust manifold was completely loose along with a couple of others on the manifold so it was leaking.

mine did this as well. i went to take my manifold off the other weekend and 5 nuts on the Exh. mani were loose. i was like WTF

yea its fairly common after a while due to the high heat, one of the studs from my turbo to elbow did the same thing. helicoil!
