Help Identifying a part

I bought a ct26 off of a mr2 about 8 years and with it came this part. I sold the turbo awhile ago but still have this part. Any idea what it is? Boost controller maybe?

Its an FMU for turbo'ing a NA car without a fuel controller. They raise FP at a ratio >1:1 when in boost.
