Help identifying 1JZ harness cuts

hey guys, i dont know much about the 1JZ or the MkIII, but i just recently got this 1JZ to put in, and it has a few cuts in the harness and i was hoping if you guys could help me identify what the cuts are? Any help would be greatly appreciated

All the wires in the bottom pic are for the body connectors. You don't need those connectors anyways but you will have to figure out what wire are for what tho and will have to extend them a bit.

Top pic is either for auto trans or igniter. Looks more like igniter tho. Unless you have that.

So i dont have to worry about the cuts on the bottom pic at all? And would any of these go to the gauge cluster? As for the top pic, the engine came with an auto trans attached to it, but all of the wiring to that was uncut. I guess it may be the igniter, because i dont believe i have one :/

Change your PCV valve too lol

Yes some are for the cluster and some for other things.
