hmm, so Im not the only one, and theres nothing around to even hook it up to.. are you leaving yours disconnected?turbo4toy said:I don't think that mine is hooked up to anything either
not really "hard" it just takes some time if youve never had your dash apart, I took my time so I made sure I got everything put back together correct. The best thing to do is when you take off screws and bolts from a certain area put them in a bag and label it. Im almost done putting mine back together right now, I could have gone faster but I have to keep coming inside because its cold as hell here right now. Here are some pics just to give you an Idea of what you have to take out.ValgeKotkas said:I had one disconnected too there IIRC(btw was it hard to change the core, cause I maybe have to do mine)
right you just have to loosen it or you could even take the bolts out just dont pull that part out, as for getting the heater core out disconnect the lines from the engine bay, then from there you just have to keep wiggling the box. It comes out in a kind of slide to the left the pull the left side out first. but I'd say go for it so you wouldn't have to take it out again if youve got all the dash out and everythingValgeKotkas said:Yeah, I actually have my dash already in pieces, like any other interior part And as you said, everything in bags
Though the core itself, does it come easily out when you have the bar out? As I see in the bottom pic, you don't have to take the right side apart?
