M/T or A/T ??

Hey i know most 2J ecu's have M/T or A/T on em but this one doesnt, I checked one of the aristo pinout sheets and it has A/T sensors wired in but the wires are different colors. I'm assuming the MT using the same terminal for a diff function but i just want a second oppinion. Its supposed to be a JDm RZ TT 6spd ECU.

I tried to show unused pins as best as possible.

I think it is for a manual because of the color on the sticker. I think the automatic one is green. I've seen some ones that are green and not purple. I think they were auto. This could have nothing to do with it though.

The ecu you got there,is from Aristo 2jzgte.It doesn't have A/T or
M/T label cause is from Aristo, and Aristo vehicles have only auto
transmissions....
It will work fine though.Trust me.I got a mk3 90' with a 2jzgte
from Aristo and works great

Maybe so but Auto ECU's pull timing at shifts, and I paid for a manuel ECU. . I'm not to happy. Definitly don't buy from got-jdm.com.

Edit: Also is there any hard evidance I can get to prove its an A/T ECU ?? I'd like to add that to my credit card dispute.

you're right if you ment RPM, but thats only WITH an auto tranny! with a manual you will have no such thing! no difference there..
you have a gte version that is important.

sorry. my mistake. all the numbers are important!!! but 89661-38560 is not a valid part number. i dont think that is an "8" but rather a zero.

anyways, 89661-30560 is a valid number. its listed for a 9110 - 9308 aristo jzs147

The biggest give away that it is an Aristo ECU, is that plug that is cut from the harness. The plug is always part of the engine harness on Supra engine harnesses. and that ECU is from a Aristo like most have said.
