i wana put an intercooler in but i am not turbo at the moment, but i do plan on puting the turbo parts from a 7mgte on my 7mge, actually i already have them sourced out, well the reason i want to put the intercooler is so i can modify my front bumper before i paint it and would rateher have it filled in with the intercooler even tho it ain't turboed yet wat do u guys think

But I agree, if you're getting the bumper painted and need to modify it, throw it in so you know what to cut, but don't bolt it in and drive around with the IC. It's like a wing on a FWD car.

Not totaly a stupid question. But priorities are a little screwed. Why paint before you do your motor work? Turbo it, add the intercooler then, and then save up again for paint. You'll screw up that pretty paint doing a turbo conversion.
