The bumper cover that goes over the bumper support/crash bar?

The plastic wheelwells come out.

The plastic covers that block the headlights from the road when they're down come out.

Slide those 2 long bolts back into place for the crash bar for your safety.

Now you have access to the metal supports for the bumper cover and lip.
Attack those that connect to the fenders.

Now you have to remove the nose piece with the Supra/Toyota badge. Deepwell 10mm socket and extension for the outer corners, just a deep well for the 5(?) nipple-nuts in the space for the hoodlatch and overflow.

Should be pretty obvious whats next after the nose piece come out. Hope This Helps,
-Dave

Hell naw... There are 2 large bolts accessible at the headlights, then remove the bolts at the fender lining to the bumper cover. Disonnect/remove the foglights, etc... Pretty straightforward...20 minutes max...

The whole bumper assembly will come out at once.. not that heavy. Do a search and see what other advice U can find...
