Help car won't start...

my brother's car is throwing code 12 and 22. 12 is rpm signal and we can't get rid of it. 22 is temp sensor so no worries there.

car starts when cold and once its warmed up the rpm raises and car soon shuts off. after this the car will not start. sounds like no fuel is coming but the fuel pressure is showing pressure. spark is also there.

changed starter and cps. still having problem.

help please input.

When I had a code 12 it was a connection I hardwired by the ignitor. A fellow member kruso told me to check becuase that connector/plug gave him trouble as well. I'd say check that. When you hit the gas does the car choke/die?
