I've just fitted my sard 540cc injectors, which wasn't as difficult as I thought they would be to change:icon_bigg Basically I removed everything from the inlet manifold which allows you to pull the fuel rail out.

I'm having problems with the wiring for the 7m resistor pack though, What's got me stumped is that where the harness goes through the firewall I have opened it up to do the soldering there, but I have found 7 black wires instead of 6 that I was expecting from 6 injectors, I have used a multimeter to continuity test the wires and all 7 go back to the injector earth/negative

How can I find out where the 7th wire comes from?

Dude those are powers. The other one is most likely the IACV power.

On 7m resister pack theres a power in and 3 outs. Just wire the 3 outs to the injectors in pairs and the power from the main coil power supply. Case closed. Then grab the power for that other thing in line before the resister.

Hope that helps

i thought you dont need 7m resistor for sard 540's...did you get low impedence or something?

yeah these ones are from a mk3 mr2 turbo so there low impedance, I'm sure the resistor goes on the power which is the black wires

Aren't the 6 white wires the switched ground which goes to the ecu?
