Whats up? I recently purchased an 89 supra for $1200. It's in pretty bad shape and I have plans to completely restore it and hopefully add some performance too. 
It is turbo so that is a plus. Main problems mechanically are head gasket and power steering which I hear are two very common problems on these. The body has some rust so hopefully I can get that taken care of and get her repainted. So yea that's why I'm on these boards. Hopefully I can get some good advice when the time comes.
