Heat Question

My heat used to work just fine. It always made the waterfall sound since the day i got the car but the heat worked fantastically up until a few weeks ago. It used to be super warm at 70 and above, now i have to turn it all the way to 75 before i start feeling some real heat. Is it dying?

First do a search on no heat. Check your vsv valve. It sounds like you have air trapped in your system or a blown head gasket.

Do a search for burping coolant as well. Easy to do. Do a search for jiggle valve removal as well. I used to have the same problem. After burping the system and using no jiggle valve my car has great heat.

just one word, faulty valve replace it and it will be fine

Yeah My heat does'nt work at all.Pretty sure its the heater control valve. I messed around with it one day and it worked slightly, now nothing! But I wont be needing heat for another 4 months
