headlights problem?!

so my 89t jus got another 7mgte put into it but after it the swap was done, when the car is turned on the headlights turn on without the being switch on and flipped up. so in order for me to turn it off i have to pop the fuse box and take the relay fuse out. what could this be?? the engine did come from a 87t and so did the harness and ecu if that helps. let me knoo, any help would be great

lol thats funny I'm having the same problem with the tailights.. turn the car on Bam tailights are one.. haven't touched the lighting wiring system at all.. Did you Rewire anything or just plug and play??

haha damn, well the thing is my mechanic was the one who did my swap but im sure that all he did was plug and play. ill be gettin my car back soon to look at cuz ill prolly will be the one trying to fix it cuz my mechanic has no idea either haha. for now im clueless.

so in your situation u got an 89+ and u swapped a 7mgte from a pre89? im not sure if my tailights are out yet ill have to see

What year engine harness was put in? Yellow or gray plug and what color is the harness side?

an 87 harness and they are yellow plugs
