ok my headlight goes up but only stays up. is there something wrong with the motor? or is there another problem to it?

If the motor runs the lights up and both motors are working going up, then its probably not the motor. The motor probably isn't getting a signal from the Integration Relay No. 2.
If its only one headlight, then its the motor or the wiring to that one motor.
Both motors are on the same wire run from the Integration Relay No. 2.
