ok so i torqued my head down to 80lbs from the stock 45lbs. on the stock headgasket with stock motor running 10psi. will it hold?

Stock is 58Lb/ft.

It's all about your budget and it gets significantly more expensive in the order you listed them. There are threads aplenty on that topic.
