I'm getting ready to call around for machining prices for my head, but I don't know what I should ask them to do. Gotta have installing the valve stem seals and helicoiling the exhaust studs, but what do I ask for about milling/lapping it? The motor has 158k original miles, never been opened up, and it's all stock. I have an OEM HG and ARPs and i'm going to shim the wastegate to 8psi. After reading through a million threads on SF about which RA you have to have for a MHG, I can't figure out what is best when replacing with a stock gasket. Any help?

Ask them to check and see if it is cracked first. Then, ask them to see if it is flat. It'd probably be a good idea to check the hardness as well. Then, you can proceed with the rest, knowing you aren't flushing your money on a junk head.
