i have a small problem....i got all the head bolts off now...but the head wont budge...what is the best teqniqe to get it off? i dont wanna pry it with anything cause im scared it will warp....any tricks...tips would be nice

Do you have an engine hoist available? If so, hook up a chain to the lifting points on the head and use the hoist to raise it off of there.
Other than that, all I can think of is using a mallet to loosen the head from the block then try lifting.

Make sure that your def didnt forget anything sometimes you miss a bracket or something no matter how many times youve done it
na i woul know if it was something just holding it but it wont budge.....its like the bolts are still in it....i dont have an engine hoist either ...i could borrow one from a freind .....has any one did the mallet trick before?? i dont want any bad results..i want this damn thing off!! are they ususally this hard to pull?

by the way....what should i use to clean off the old gasket...i got a putty knife i think it should work good....the gasket was blowed in like 6 different spots...so its stuck on theere pretty good

P.S. Try not to scratch the bottom of the head or block. I remember my first bhg i was trying REALLY hard not to scratch it and right when i was almost done; i scratched the fucker.

You know there is a built in lever point on the front right hand side of the block right where the infamous MHG Rivet is that you can fit a screwdriver into and pop the head?
I just leave the spark plugs in place, and crank the engine a couple revolutions. That loosens the head nicely.
