head question

i got a full rebuild under way i was jus wondering wat i should go with for a head rebuild and around how much iit would cost im planen on 1mm over and some some good solid parts i can trust under a beating cause thats all im builden this car for is to get tickets n go balls deep lol any help is apriceated...
