hopefully you guys can help me, i got this HDI boost controller/gauge combo awhile ago, i was doing my stereo deck at the same time so i wired the stereo harness and the ebc harness together,got it all hooked up with the gauge, and it seems fine, then i ran the solenoid, hooked it properly, took it for a spin, fuel cut, every time i boosted, so its like the solenoid is not opening allowing pressure to the waste gate. messed with the knobs, from all the way down, just a hair up, to about quarter turn, then all the way up, nothing every time but when i did a pull with it all the way up i got compressor surge so i stopped fvckin around and threw the manual solenoid back on and did some reading, there was one person in a skyline forum that said he was having problems and re wired it and when he turned the key on he got a long BEEEEP from the unit for the first time, ive never gotten that.
