having small problem with zeitronix wb

when i turn the key to ign.. it's not always lighting up

mostly it works.. but occasionally when i turn the key it won't start loading the welcome screen

all joins are soldered and insulated

any clues?


on a side note... how much stuff can be tapped into rpm signal before it starts going wacky?

I had that problem once when my starter flaked out on me. I would turn the key, the dash ligts would dim, and the car would not do anything other the make the relay by the pasenger side click.

Then it fixed itself (starter issue) and all has been well since.

I thought I fried the ZT (but it came back to life). They seem to be quite good regarding warranty (my buddy did fry his and they fixed it for 20.00).

ahhhh... funnily enuf the car it's in just had his starter start dying on him lol
