Well, with what you're looking for, Ryan, you're not gonna find one thats much under $1000... MAC and Snap-On make the only digital ones worth buying IMO.

Any idea where to send one out JJ? I have a Craftsman and would really like to get it recalibrated.

OT: I remember reading that label about a chainsaw somewhere loooong ago! LMAO still... hahahahaha

There's gotta be a bazillion places that do it. It's common in both the autmotive and aviation industries. Search on "torque wrench calibration". Last time I checked if you send it out it'll be around $25 or so.

I cal my own because I work on aircraft. You can often get calibrators for cheap on ebay. You can also get the electronic socket/meter type (Sears sells them I think or check ebay) and either use it in place of a TW or use it to cal one. Lots of way to skin this cat. You can also use a known caled one with a crow's foot to adust yours or just hang a weight off it. You're not working on the space shuttle you know ;)

You probably already know this but never store your wrench with it set to anything but zero. Yeah, it's a pain to dial it back down but it'll hold cal a lot longer if you do. And no using it as a breaker bar.

I've got a ton of those stupid consumer instructions. I just need to remember to change them often
