I am sure it isn't that hard to replace.
I am ordering all new trim when I paint mine next year. I have some collected and some are not available anymore :(

I still have my receipt from my recent toyotaworld.com order. Here is the breakdown:

They are called Reveal Moldings;

Hatch Bottom - 75.89
Hatch Sides - 58.60 ea

Just in case you were thinking of fronts;

Front sides - 25.00 ea

My current ones were obviously cracked and extremely faded. I say extremely, because after comparing them with the new ones it was night and day. I was trying to be cheap and not buy the hatch top (they were in fair condition), but with new paint on the way, the moldings I don't replace will stand out and diminish the exterior view (in my opinion). So It looks like I will be replacing all the exterior window moldings. The new ones are just too black.

This shit ain't cheap. I have already spent $500 on misc replacement moldings and gaskets.

I have the part #s if required, but you won't need them if you order through their website.

Tired of searching, so bringing this thread back for more info.

The trim on my hatch is also peeling, but instead of replacing, I want to remove, strip, and treat/repaint them before re-installing.

It's mostly the top piece, but they are all is decent shape and I don't want to F them up while removing them. Is it as straightforward as in the TRSM, or are there better ways to remove to be able to re-use them?
