its a fancy golf cart.. 25MPH? Not in Florida, you would be killed. I cant go to the corner store without being passed by a speed freak.. and I have a 400hp car??? I guess they need to keep trying..

I do not see any good idea with this. Toronto isn't that loud for one, and 2, toronto isn't that slow either... i easily go faster then 40 mph sometimes...

Definately not feasible in Toronto...Actually come to think of it, anything limited to 25mph isn't safe for the individual driving it...This is North America
In Europe, cities are built differently and it might actually work, but definately not in here, especially with so many people in Toronto not knowing how to drive in the first place

At 25mph top speed you'd be in danger of being hit by pedestrians and bicyclists.
